Allied Technology Announces the Acquisition of the EDGE™ Desalination and Dehydration Product Lines from Cameron 
HOUSTON – January 19, 2010
Allied Technology has completed the acquisition of the EDGE™ Desalination and Dehydration product lines from Cameron. With over 500 installations in oil refineries worldwide, the EDGE™ product is the number two leading provider of this type of specialized process equipment.

In addition to the EDGE™ product line acquisition, Allied Technology also acquired a non-exclusive license to manufacture and sell Cameron’s Dual Frequency technology for use in desalination applications.
The EDGE™ and Dual Frequency technologies will be manufactured and sold by Allied Technology’s Certified Technical Services division based in Pasadena, Texas.
